We came out very strong and put pressure on Plymouth. They always come to play strong and aggressive and our players were ready for the challenge. The game totaled almost 30 fouls between both teams, which happens when both teams are competitive and passionate about the game. Jose Lara scored the first goal at the 34th minute assisted by Alex Murillo. At the end of the half Warsaw led 1-0. Both teams started aggressively in the 2nd half. Whenever there is a match between Warsaw and Plymouth it is always very competitive. At the 20 minute mark, Plymouth scored to equalize the game. Both teams continued to play aggressively for every possession and shots were attempted on both sides. Both goalies were crucial throughout the entirety of the game. At the 9-minute mark Jose Lara scored for a second time with an assist from Agustin Hidalgo. This is our first conference match for the season. On Saturday the Tigers will compete against Mishawaka Marian at home.
