WARSAW, Ind. – Tiger multi-sport athlete Ella Knight has selected her location for next stop as a student-athlete, announcing her decision to attend Kalamazoo College and participate in tennis for the Hornets.

Knight, who played golf and also ran cross country for the Tigers, earned four varsity letters in swimming and is in the process of earning her fourth for Warsaw and tennis coach Rick Orban.  An Academic-All-State swimmer that helped the Tigers to two sectional titles in the pool, Knight helped guide Warsaw to three sectional titles and a regional title in tennis where she is a 3-time All Northern Lakes Conference award winner.
Not only has Knight been a tremendous presence with Tiger Athletics, she has played an important role with her membership and activities with the National Honor Society, the Octagon Club, and she has volunteered with the Baker Youth Club.
And while Knight has served up the aces on the court, she’s aced plenty of challenges in the classroom, amassing an impressive 12.02 GPA on a 12-point scale while enrolled in many dual credit and honors courses.
Knight looks to major in Biology and compete for Kalamazoo and coach Mark Murphy.   Kalamazoo is a member of the NCAA and the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association.
